"My name is Mel Ward and I’ve been a governor for 12 years. I am also a local authority Parent Governor Representative. Both of my children, now teenagers, attended High Ercall and loved their time here. I really enjoy the challenges and rewards of being a governor and feel privileged to be able to make a contribution to school life.
